Freakshow Savory Sauces Mango Pineapple Hot Sauce offer an exciting and delicious twist on a classic comfort food.
- 1 pound shredded beef
- 1 cup shredded cheese (any variety)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 4 bell peppers (any color)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 cup Freakshow Savory Sauces Mango Pineapple Hot Sauce
1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Cut the tops off of the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes. Place the hollowed out peppers in a baking dish.
3. In a small bowl, mix together the shredded beef, 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese, sour cream, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and cumin.
4. Stuff the beef and cheese mixture into each of the bell peppers, filling them to the top.
5. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the top of each stuffed pepper.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
7. After 25 minutes, remove the peppers from the oven and sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheese over the top of each pepper.
8. Return the peppers to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

10. Once the peppers are done, remove them from the oven and drizzle the hot sauce over the top of each pepper.
